Hotel Ritz - Pune

Although this hotel may not have all the bells and whistles, it definitely met our expectations. the location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is conveniently situated within the city center and near the railway station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and travel around. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our basic amenities were promptly taken care of. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was surprisingly good, providing us with a satisfying start to our day.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

The location is perfect, close to transport and historical sites. Spacious, well-maintained rooms. Hygienic and tasty vegetarian food. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable travel desk deals.

Ik verbleef onlangs in een hotel in het centrum van een stad in Nederland. De locatie van het hotel was echt geweldig, dichtbij de belangrijkste winkelstraten, op loopafstand van alles en met uitzicht op de hoofdstraat. De kamer zelf was goed, met comfortabele bedden en een nette en ruime badkamer met genoeg handdoeken. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was lekker en er waren verschillende faciliteiten beschikbaar, zoals een café-restaurant waar je drankjes kon meenemen naar je kamer. Er was echter één minpuntje: de lift was erg klein en met een kinderwagen was het lastig sjouwen. Evenals een kinderstoel in het restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance to MG road and SGS mall. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, while the staff are polite and efficient. the on-site restaurant serves delicious food and offers a pure veg menu for those with dietary restrictions.

The maintenance of the hotel leaves something to be desired, as some rooms may suffer from cockroach infestations, as mentioned in previous reviews.

Great Value for Money. the rooms were of decent size and the restaurant had good quality vegetarian food. the staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Its location was central and allowed easy access to some of the city's tourist attractions, making it an ideal stay for a city trip.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities such as proper maintenance of the rooms, hot water and Wi-Fi. the switches in the room were in bad condition and the bed sheets were not clean.
